Media kits are updated with program information and headshots before the start of the season after the tours have been fully cast (either late summer, or early January). As company members may change throughout the duration of the tour, please be sure to check the media kits as your performance gets closer to ensure you are using the most up-to-date casting information.

We provide program information and headshots of all current touring companies in our media kits. You can use these however you'd like to promote the production at your venue. Please send all programs to us first at kgensinger@twusa.org before printing/distributing.

Per the actor's union, Actors' Equity Association, all photo and video requests must be voted on by the cast. Please send all media requests at least 24 hours in advance to kgensinger@twusa.org for approval.
